Associate Tax & Solutions Structuring Counsel

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Tax & Solutions Structuring Counsel to support our sales consultants in designing multi‑jurisdictional, tax‑efficient wealth planning solutions for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. The role sits within Howden Private Wealth’s advisory team and works closely with Marketing, Product, and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to sales consultants for creating multi‑jurisdictional tax‑efficient structures.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Products to develop holistic solution concepts and related materials.
• Assist in client pitches, meetings, and presentations, delivering technical tax insights.
• Design and deliver training programs on tax law changes and wealth‑planning opportunities for new hires and existing staff.
• Facilitate best‑practice sharing among consultants on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, or law.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a trust company, private bank, tax advisory, or legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of tax and wealth planning.
• Energetic, organized, intellectually curious self‑starter.
• Highly analytical, creative, and detail‑oriented.
