Associate Vice President – IT Core Platform

About the role

The Associate Vice President will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the Wealth Management platform, ensuring it remains highly available, performant and aligned with business goals. This senior leader will drive operational excellence, platform evolution and integration across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full run‑and‑change lifecycle of the Wealth Management platform, including incident management, monitoring, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, regulatory changes and strategic technology initiatives.
• Define and maintain platform roadmaps, ensuring scalability, API stability and integration readiness.
• Oversee release management, testing strategies, DevOps adoption and operational resilience.
• Govern API frameworks to enable seamless integration with digital channels and enterprise applications.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of engineers, analysts and operations specialists.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services technology.
• Minimum 5 years in platform or application management for Wealth Management solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Finacle Wealth, Avaloq, Temenos Wealth or FNZ.
• Proven track record leading technology teams and managing business‑critical platforms.
• Strong knowledge of platform security, disaster recovery, regulatory compliance and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
