Associate Vice President, Workflow Automation

About the role

The Associate Vice President, Workflow Automation leads the AI Lab’s Internal Productivity squad, delivering AI‑driven products that boost the bank’s knowledge management and overall efficiency. This senior product leader translates strategic priorities into a roadmap, guides a multidisciplinary team, and partners across the organization to realize measurable productivity gains and cost reductions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise knowledge engine and knowledge management capabilities.
• Lead the development of retrieval, search, and intelligent assistance experiences, and shape adjacent AI models such as recommendation and decision‑support engines.
• Drive AI enablement across departments by building playbooks, templates, and onboarding journeys that accelerate adoption.
• Manage the squad through agile ceremonies, ensure on‑time delivery, maintain backlog health, and coach team members.
• Build trusted relationships with department heads and AI champions, run product demos, and translate technical progress into business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance to ensure responsible delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 6‑7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in product management or AI/data product delivery.
• Hands‑on experience delivering technology or AI products in an agile environment.
• Exposure to generative AI, large language models, and retrieval‑augmented generation patterns is preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams; banking or regulated‑industry background is a plus.
