Associate Watch Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Associate Watch Advisor will drive sales and deliver exceptional service for A. Lange & Söhne’s boutique in Dubai, aligning with brand strategy and ensuring a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet personal sales budgets in line with brand retail strategy while complying with legal, fiscal and customs regulations.
• Maximize profit by controlling discounts, general expenses and third‑party commissions.
• Analyse missed sales with the Assistant/Boutique Manager and refine future sales projections.
• Organise private viewings for potential VIP clients and discuss business opportunities with the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring excellence in client welcoming, handling and servicing, and maintaining boutique appearance according to brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers, actively recruit new VIPs and manage the boutique’s CRM database.
• Handle client complaints, coordinate repairs and after‑sales matters with Sales Administrators.
• Participate in stocktaking, monitor inventory to avoid discrepancies and ensure timely replenishment of sold timepieces.
• Oversee maintenance of boutique timepieces, including strap changes, polishing and servicing.
• Manage cash register operations, credit‑card transactions and ensure compliance with financial and customs regulations.
• Report opportunities and incidents promptly to the Assistant/Boutique Manager and share improvement ideas with the team.
