Attraction Attendant

About the role

The Attraction Attendant ensures that park rides operate safely and efficiently while delivering a memorable experience for guests. Working on‑site in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing safety briefings, managing ride queues and supporting the attraction team throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Validate that the attraction has passed the Maintenance Daily Check and complete the pre‑opening checklist.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the attraction area.
• Welcome guests, deliver safety information and answer any additional queries.
• Load and unload guests, managing normal, single‑rider, Q‑Fast and VIP queues.
• Verify compliance with all safety regulations before each ride cycle.
• Assist with pre‑show operations and respond to guest complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Report any malfunctions to the Team Leader or Operations Base.
• Participate in evacuation procedures and close the attraction safely at the end of the shift.
• Temporarily replace the Team Leader when required.
• Monitor consumables such as 3D glasses and maintain inventory records.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures and checklists.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist guests safely.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
