Auto Quality Controller

About the role

The Quality Controller in the Service Department ensures that every vehicle leaving the workshop meets the highest standards of safety, workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position requires a solid understanding of manufacturer specifications and the ability to conduct thorough post‑repair inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic road tests on completed vehicles to verify that all customer complaints have been addressed according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform final inspections covering exterior and interior condition, fluid levels, lighting, electrical systems, dashboard indicators, infotainment, tire condition and overall cleanliness.
• Document inspection results, flag critical issues, and ensure corrective actions are completed before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain road‑test checklists and attach them to the job file for traceability.
• Process between 20‑25 vehicles per day while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive inspection, testing or technician roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
