Automation Lead – Data & AI (Power Platform)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to design and drive enterprise‑wide low‑code and AI‑enabled automation initiatives on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate digital transformation goals into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Define governance models, standards and best‑practice guidelines for the platform.
• Lead Dataverse data modeling and integrate with ERP, CRM and custom applications.
• Conduct automation fit‑gap analyses and design end‑to‑end solutions.
• Mentor and lead low‑code development teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Engage business units to identify automation use cases and calculate ROI.
• Promote AI‑driven automation through Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

Required profile

• 12+ years of application development experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Relevant certifications: PL‑600 and PL‑900.
