Automotive Technician

About the role

ZF is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its Dubai workshop. You will be responsible for the full repair cycle of damaged core units, ensuring high‑quality repairs in a safe and efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, dismantle, clean and inspect damaged units from the collection bay.
• Diagnose faults, investigate damaged parts and prepare technical reports.
• Assemble, test and dispatch repaired units, coordinating with the workshop manager.
• Maintain accurate parts lists for rebuilding and ensure compliance with service manuals.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized and safe at all times.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience, preferably with commercial vehicles and driveline transmissions.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and follow detailed work checklists.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication with team members.
