AV Product and Sales Manager

About the role

Tech First Gulf is looking for an experienced AV Product & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage the full lifecycle of audio‑visual products and solutions. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with vendors, clients, system integrators, consultants, and partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and close major AV projects.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for AV hardware and software solutions.
• Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
• Forecast sales performance and manage product lifecycle from concept to end‑of‑life.
• Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and profit margins.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of AV technologies and solutions.
• Proven experience in AV sales, product management, or systems integration.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Strong public speaking and project management skills.
• Experience with pricing strategy and channel management.
• Results‑oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
