AWS Administrator

About the role

The AWS Administrator will join Blue Ray Printing’s cloud services team in Abu Dhabi, providing expert support for enterprise customers across multiple cloud platforms. You will quickly learn the company’s IaaS, PaaS and SaaS offerings and become the technical point‑of‑contact for cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service and documentation for cloud‑based solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve enterprise‑level issues in AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Huawei and related security tools.
• Manage and monitor customers’ cloud environments, automating repetitive tasks where possible.
• Lead technical discussions, act as a subject‑matter expert, and support senior‑level client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally attend onsite meetings for project alignment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a technology discipline such as infrastructure, networking, storage, servers, security, Windows or Linux.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, capable of communicating with senior or executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly.
