B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across the engineering, architectural and technology system integration sectors in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will shape strategy, drive brand awareness and support business growth for Al‑Futtaim.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the creation of proposals, presentations and collateral for service offerings.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining organized systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
• Oversee budget allocation and performance measurement of marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA or professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in engineering, architecture, technology integration or construction.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
