B2B Sales Hunter – POF & PE Films

About the role

ENPI Group, a leading regional packaging and containers manufacturer, is looking for a driven B2B Sales Hunter to focus on Polyolefin Shrink Film (POF) and Polyethylene (PE) film solutions. The position is dedicated to generating new business across the UAE and GCC, owning the full commercial cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and penetrate new accounts across UAE and GCC markets, building a robust pipeline from the ground up.
• Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation, proposal development, and deal closure.
• Generate new business revenue with clear growth targets and customer‑acquisition KPIs.
• Develop and execute territory plans that maximize market coverage and prioritize high‑potential prospects in flexible and industrial packaging segments.
• Conduct in‑depth customer needs assessments to position POF shrink film and PE film solutions effectively against competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of newly acquired accounts.

Required profile

• Established GCC market network within packaging or FMCG sectors.
• Knowledge of industrial packaging applications and end‑user industries.
• Arabic language skills.
• Exposure to flexible packaging solutions beyond shrink and PE films.
