B2B Sales & Marketing Agent

Palm Board UAE is seeking an experienced B2B Sales & Marketing Agent to generate new business in the UAE construction and interior market. The role involves identifying and approaching potential B2B customers across Dubai and the wider UAE, building relationships with owners, purchasing managers, project managers, designers, architects and other decision‑makers, and presenting the company’s range of PVC sheet and related interior finishing products. The candidate will conduct active field work, visiting workshops, showrooms and project sites to deliver product samples, explain specifications, thicknesses, designs, finishes and functional benefits such as water‑resistance, fire‑resistance and anti‑bacterial features. Responsibilities also include lead generation, follow‑up, quotation preparation, negotiation and order management, with a focus on developing long‑term commercial relationships rather than one‑off sales. The ideal candidate has at least five years of B2B sales experience in the UAE or GCC, a strong network within construction, interior design, fit‑out, joinery and furniture sectors, proven field‑sales success, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
