B2B Sales Representative (High Ticket Services)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑ticket B2B Sales Representative to sell both our services and software products to enterprise customers. The role is remote but requires you to be based in the UAE and to work evenings that overlap the US business day.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Sell high‑ticket services and software, sometimes as a combined package.
• Run tailored product demos that address the prospect’s existing technology stack.
• Scope service engagements, write proposals and ensure delivery teams can fulfil them.
• Defend pricing against cheaper competitors without sacrificing margin.
• Map multi‑stakeholder deals, identifying decision‑makers, blockers and end‑users.
• Build business cases and ROI arguments that survive finance and procurement review.
• Handle technical objections on integration, security, data and migration.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and defend forecasted pipelines.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams through evaluations, pilots and handover.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE with a valid residency and a reliable remote work setup.
• Technical background – degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Proven high‑ticket B2B sales experience with demonstrable deal size, quota attainment and cycle length.
• Comfortable running technical demos and answering architecture, integration and security questions independently.
• Experience closing long, multi‑stakeholder deals involving formal procurement processes.
• Excellent spoken and written English and disciplined CRM usage.
