Banking Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Banking Sales Executive to sell banking financial products such as credit cards and personal loans in Abu Dhabi. The role involves developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Selling of Banking Financial Products (Credit Cards / Personal Loan)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve target and maximize income
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify new leads by using references, making corporate appointments and market research
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet sales target
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends for progressive sales growth

Required profile

• Intermediate/High school degree with at least 1 year banking experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year non‑banking experience
• Fluent in English and able to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE
