Bar Manager – New Beachfront Restaurant

About the role

Join La Petite Maison as we launch a brand‑new beachfront restaurant in Dubai’s most scenic waterfront district. As Bar Manager you will lead the bar team, ensure consistent, high‑quality service, and help create the signature LPM experience for guests enjoying the French‑Riviera vibe by the sea.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and maintain service standards.
• Lead, train, and develop a motivated bar team.
• Design and update cocktail and drinks menus.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimise profitability.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
• Drive bar revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven bar management experience in a premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Leadership ability to train, motivate and retain staff.
• Solid understanding of stock management and cost control.
• Fluent English communication skills.
