Barista – Beach Club

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join the Soluna Beach Club team on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional service to our guests in a vibrant beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards for all products.
• Handle guest payments and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Set up the outlet, complete mise en place and keep stock levels sufficient for service.
• Prepare store requisitions and manage inventory.
• Follow opening and closing checklists and conduct proper shift handovers.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service and uphold high personal hygiene and presentation.
• Conduct weekly training on coffee and tea preparation, promotions and up‑selling.
• Attend menu‑item trainings and support other outlets when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of barista experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Polished appearance as you represent the hotel’s first impression.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent planning, organization and customer‑focused attitude.
