About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Barista & Waitress team members to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver friendly service, prepare quality coffee and tea beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers, present menus and explain specials.
- Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and check on guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and coffee areas.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks, operate and maintain coffee equipment.
- Educate guests about coffee blends and brewing methods.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
