Beauty Advisor

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will represent the brand in our Dubai store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through personalized beauty consultations and deep product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide tailored beauty advice, and demonstrate skincare and makeup products.
• Promote and upsell brand items, including cross‑selling complementary products and encouraging loyalty program enrollment.
• Stay current on beauty trends, product launches, and ingredient information to give accurate recommendations.
• Maintain personal grooming that reflects the brand image at all times.
• Assist with store operations such as opening/closing procedures, inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Support marketing activities, in‑store events, and product launches.
• Follow SOPs for payments, returns, and customer complaints while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup with a willingness to continuously learn.
• Professional appearance and personal grooming aligned with brand standards.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
