Beauty Advisor – Retail Sales Associate (Skin Care & Cosmetics)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Beauty Advisor to join our skin‑care and cosmetics stores in Abu Dhabi. As the face of the brand you will welcome customers, understand their beauty needs and guide them to the right products, delivering a premium in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized recommendations on health, beauty and skin‑care products.
• Promote new arrivals, collections and seasonal offers to drive sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Adhere to company policies on customer service, sales processes and store hygiene.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the UAE.
• 1‑2 years proven retail sales experience, preferably in health & beauty, skin‑care or cosmetics.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and work towards sales targets.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• High school diploma or higher.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
