Bell Attendant

About the role

As a Bell Attendant at Voco Dubai The Palm you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing luggage assistance, escorting guests to their rooms and delivering amenities, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and departure and assist with luggage handling, including loading, unloading and delivering to rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel features and amenities, and respond to guest requests such as directions or transportation arrangements.
• Store and retrieve luggage and packages in the luggage room, deliver messages, parcels and amenities to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance and bell desk area, and assist with valet duties when trained.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and report lost and found items.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Bell Attendant or similar guest service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Physically agile, able to stand for extended periods and work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Team‑player mentality with a flexible attitude towards diverse tasks.
