About the role

As a Bellman at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel, you will be the first and last friendly face guests encounter. You will create a warm welcome on arrival and a pleasant farewell on departure, contributing to a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist them with luggage.
Control lobby traffic, ensuring smooth flow of arrivals and departures.
Provide accurate information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.
Act as an ambassador for the property, representing the brand’s standards.
Support the front‑desk team during peak periods and special events.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
Passion for hospitality and a positive learning attitude.
Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
