Bellman – Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Bellman to join our inspiring team at Accor Hotels in Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create memorable experiences through exceptional service and genuine hospitality while managing porterage operations and supporting arrivals and departures.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome all guests and residents with warmth and professionalism, providing directions and recommendations for hotel facilities.
• Supervise and participate in the handling, storage, and safekeeping of all incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage.
• Coordinate and support guest arrival and departure experiences, collaborating with the doorman and reception teams.
• Monitor valet parking operations, taxi queues, and hired car services according to established priorities.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating security incidents or complaints to the Duty Manager when appropriate.
• Maintain the hotel entrance and driveway operations in line with service standards and code of ethics.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales and in‑house facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure all tasks comply with workplace safety and health policies.
• Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver personalized and efficient service.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluency in Russian and Turkish (compulsory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to address guest and colleague needs.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and build cohesive teams.
• Detail‑oriented, service‑focused attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving skills, and professionalism.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to security, confidentiality, and adaptability to change.
