About the role
The Bellman is the first point of contact for guests arriving at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel. You will create a warm welcome and a friendly farewell, ensuring every guest feels valued throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Control lobby traffic and manage guest flow efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, services, and local area.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and any immediate needs.
- Act as an ambassador for the property, representing the brand with professionalism.
- Support the front‑desk team during peak periods and special events.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
- Positive learning attitude and strong communication skills.
