About the role
We are seeking a Bellman to provide courteous guest services at The Abu Dhabi EDITION. The role involves greeting guests, handling luggage, and assisting with transportation and property information.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, and provide information on amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, assist with luggage storage, and help guests with vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
- Arrange transportation such as taxis, shuttle buses, or limousine services and communicate parking procedures.
- Maintain uniform appearance, follow company policies, report safety issues, and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance, and to navigate stairs and uneven surfaces.
