About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Palazzo Versace Dubai as a Bellman who can communicate fluently in Russian. You will be the first point of contact for Russian‑speaking guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby and entrance area.
• Coordinate with concierge and front‑office teams to address guest needs promptly.
• Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bellman or doorman in a 5‑star hotel (preferred).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for long periods.
• Fluent in English; Russian language proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
