Bid and Proposal Manager

About the role

EDGE is looking for a Bid and Proposal Manager to lead the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle for complex opportunities across its commercial portfolio in Dubai. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant and competitive proposals on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage the full bid process from capture to execution.
• Coordinate Business Development, Finance, PMO, Contracts, Procurement and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure proposals meet customer requirements, commercial objectives and regulatory standards.
• Conduct bid reviews, obtain approvals and manage hand‑overs to delivery teams.
• Develop pricing strategies, commercial evaluations and financial analyses for each opportunity.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex international tenders and proposals.
• Strong knowledge of bid management methodologies such as APMP or Shipley.
• Solid understanding of the Aerospace & Defence industry.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
