Bid Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Bid Coordinator to join our engineering consultancy team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for managing bid submissions, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting the creation of high‑quality proposals for a range of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and organizing technical proposals in line with client specifications.
• Compile and submit all required bid documents, meeting deadlines and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather data and facilitate communication for bid activities.
• Monitor platforms for RFIs, RFPs, and new project opportunities; conduct research on clients and competitors.
• Review bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of bid templates, pricing models, and historical data.
• Manage bid timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on‑time delivery of submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of proven experience in bid coordination or proposal management.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
