About the role

Epic Communication, a boutique PR and communications agency focused on banking and financial services, is seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English Account Manager to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day client servicing, ensuring projects are coordinated, deadlines met, and clients receive proactive, high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and account activity.
• Coordinate client requests, deliverables and deadlines.
• Prepare briefs and work with internal media relations, content and creative teams.
• Support development and execution of PR and communications plans.
• Coordinate media relations, content and creative requirements.
• Prepare client updates, meeting agendas and status reports.
• Identify issues early, keep projects on track and propose proactive ideas.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a PR/communications agency.
• Strong client‑servicing and relationship‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of PR, communications and media relations.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proactive, hands‑on and collaborative approach.
• Experience with banking, financial‑services, fintech or payments clients is highly preferred.
