Bilingual Content Creator – Social Media & Communications

About the role

Alpheya, a fast‑growing WealthTech startup in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a bilingual Content Creator to own its social media presence and day‑to‑day communications. You will be responsible for producing, editing, and publishing visual and written content in both Arabic and English, turning complex financial concepts into engaging stories.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content using a professional camera for events, interviews, product features and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Create short‑form videos (Reels/Stories) and quick graphics such as quote cards and carousel posts.
• Write and adapt copy in Arabic and English, maintaining Alpheya’s tone of voice across all channels.
• Own the content calendar, schedule posts and manage publishing on LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
• Transform product features and financial concepts into clear, on‑brand social content.
• Produce communications pieces including customer stories, event recaps and executive thought‑leadership posts from briefs.
• Coordinate with the design team on visual assets, brief requirements and follow‑up deliverables.
• Capture and create content around company events, interviews and panels, providing recap material.
• Manage comments and direct messages professionally in both languages as part of community management.
• Monitor performance metrics and platform insights to refine content strategy.
• Ensure all content is accurate, culturally appropriate and compliant with regulated financial‑institution standards.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of relevant experience in content creation for social media.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused attitude with the ability to manage projects from concept to publication.
• Comfort working in a regulated financial‑services environment.
