Bilingual Restaurant Manager – Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across our all‑day dining outlets in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, driving sales, and ensuring operational consistency while leading a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all restaurant outlets.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, service standards and operational consistency.
• Develop, implement and monitor SOPs for front‑ and back‑of‑house areas.
• Align operational processes with company standards and objectives.
• Own revenue targets and implement strategies to exceed them.
• Liaise with aggregators and external partners to boost sales volume and market reach.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, menu offerings and overall business operations.
• Support upselling initiatives through staff training and motivation.
• Train, guide and supervise staff to ensure adherence to procedures and service excellence.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels across locations.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers for timely procurement and quality control.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, channels and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
• Prepare periodic reports on operations, sales performance and key metrics.
• Implement quality‑control processes and ensure hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in F&B, retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing outlets and driving operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and improving business performance.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, SOP development and quality‑control standards.
• Knowledge of sales strategies.
