About the role
Manage the BIM team and processes for Middle East construction projects, ensuring accurate, clash‑free, and constructible BIM models.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee QA/QC and BIM model submissions across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360.
- Provide guidance on workflows and software tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- 10‑15 years of BIM coordination experience on Middle East projects.
- Strong knowledge of LOD 200‑500, MEP, ELV systems, and relevant standards (DEWA, ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Experience with Dynamo, scripting, and automation.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D for infrastructure modeling.
- Familiarity with COBie and complex modeling/detailed BIM.
