BIM Electrical Modeler – Dubai

About the role

The BIM Electrical Modeler is a full-time, on‑site position based in Dubai. You will develop and maintain accurate BIM models for electrical systems across building and infrastructure projects, ensuring they reflect the latest design changes and site conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and translate them into detailed BIM models.
• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Update models to incorporate design revisions and on‑site conditions.
• Ensure models comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Support clash detection, design reviews, and prepare documentation for engineers and project managers.

Required profile

• Proficiency with BIM tools and workflows, especially for electrical systems.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and integration of electrical models with other disciplines.
• Experience as a modeler on engineering or construction projects, preferably large‑scale.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related technical field.
