BIM Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital model development and coordination for infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure BIM deliverables meet architectural, engineering and compliance standards throughout the construction phase.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM activities across the consultant supervision team during construction.
• Establish, implement and monitor BIM workflows, standards, procedures and information management requirements.
• Review contractor BIM submissions, models, federated models and shop drawings for compliance and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM coordination for infrastructure, utilities, landscape and structures.
• Lead clash detection, resolution processes and monitor model development across LOD 300‑500.
• Oversee 4D and 5D BIM workflows, integrating models with schedules, quantities and cost data.
• Maintain BIM quality assurance/quality control processes and ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or senior BIM professional in infrastructure construction or consultant supervision.
• Strong understanding of LOD requirements (300, 400, 500) and BIM standards such as ISO 19650.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
