Dozer Reclamation Operator – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a skilled, safety‑conscious Dozer Reclamation Operator to join our earthmoving operations team in the UAE, supporting land reclamation, coastal development, dredging and large‑scale earthmoving projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently in reclamation, marine and earthmoving projects.
• Spread, level and grade sand, rock and fill materials according to project specifications.
• Follow grade levels, survey markers and supervisor instructions to achieve required elevations.
• Conduct daily pre‑start inspections, report defects and maintain equipment logs.
• Coordinate with excavator operators, surveyors, truck drivers and other site personnel.

Required profile

• UAE Heavy Tractor/Heavy machinery License (Category 8).
• Minimum 5 years of bulldozer operating experience in civil construction or earthmoving.
• Experience in land reclamation and coastal development projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret grade references and site instructions.
• Basic English communication skills.
