BIM Manager

About the role

OBM International is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join its Dubai studio. You will support luxury hospitality and residential projects, ensuring digital workflows align with design intent and maintain high coordination quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to define and maintain BIM workflows.
• Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as the Common Data Environment.
• Coordinate design‑phase models using Navisworks and/or ACC Model Coordination.
• Deliver BIM solutions across multiple projects from early design through detailed design.
• Balance design flexibility with BIM standards in a collaborative studio setting.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of BIM Management experience.
• Proven experience on hospitality and residential projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.

Required skills

• Hands‑on Revit experience in a design‑led environment.
• Working knowledge of Rhino and its integration with Revit.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as a CDE.
• Practical use of Navisworks for design‑phase coordination.
• Familiarity with Dynamo or other automation/computational workflows (advantageous).
