BIM Mechanical Modeler

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented BIM Mechanical Modeler to develop accurate, coordinated and construction‑ready mechanical BIM models. The role supports mechanical design and construction teams throughout all project stages, from design development to as‑built updates, ensuring high‑quality model outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP across design, coordination and construction phases.
• Model and coordinate HVAC, ductwork, chilled water, piping, ventilation, equipment and related systems.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, electrical, plumbing engineers and contractors to integrate design information.
• Produce detailed mechanical drawings, layouts, sections, schedules and construction documentation directly from the BIM model.
• Create and modify Revit families for equipment, fittings and accessories.
• Ensure model accuracy, naming conventions, worksets, parameters and compliance with BIM Execution Plans.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and Revit.
• Assist in preparation of shop, fabrication and installation drawings as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical BIM modelling.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and construction documentation.
• Proactive, technically proficient and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
