BIM Modeler – CCTV, Access Control & Telecom

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain BIM models for CCTV, Access Control and Telecom systems on a rail and transport infrastructure project in Dubai, UAE. The role involves converting design and as‑built information into accurate 3‑D models and ensuring coordination across all disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and coordinate BIM models for CCTV, Access Control and Telecom installations.
• Model devices, cameras, equipment locations, cable pathways, fibre routes and related infrastructure.
• Integrate architectural interfaces and cable‑containment requirements.
• Review technical drawings, installation records and engineering data.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Maintain model accuracy, file structure, revision control and documentation.
• Produce model views, coordinated drawings and As‑Built deliverables for handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler on infrastructure projects.
• Hands‑on expertise with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Telecom, ELV and low‑voltage systems.
• Ability to work closely with CAD, engineering and technical teams.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability for site coordination.
