BIM Modeling Analyst

About the role

Parsons is seeking a skilled BIM Modeling Analyst to support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Teams in Abu Dhabi. You will play a key part in developing, establishing, and implementing BIM processes for the main office, ensuring high‑quality model production and coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Coordinator with day‑to‑day BIM implementation activities.
• Create 3D/2D models for drawing preparation, clash reporting, and presentations in line with project LOD requirements.
• Extract models for clash analysis, schedule review, and quantity surveying.
• Coordinate model interfaces with designers and engineers from other disciplines.
• Verify that models, drawings, and deliverables meet project, company, and TAQA quality standards.
• Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, profiles, and sections from the BIM model.
• Deliver Project Information Models (PIMs) according to TIDP, MIDP, and CDE protocols.
• Conduct clash detection, visual walkthroughs, and constructability analysis.
• Collaborate with the lead technical engineer to ensure timely delivery of all BIM outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant BIM or CAD experience.
• Strong understanding of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage cable layout preparation.
