BIM/CAD Technician – Infra & Dry Utilities

About the role

Parsons is seeking a skilled BIM/CAD Technician to support infrastructure and dry‑utility projects in Dubai. You will work closely with CAD & BIM managers and design leads to produce accurate engineering drawings for power distribution, lighting, telecom, security networks, pump stations and related structures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings, layouts, flow sheets, isometrics and component details from sketches and design data.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company standards, QA/QC procedures and local authority regulations.
• Create and manage parametric and non‑parametric families within BIM environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve coordination issues.
• Review drawings for readability, presentation quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of CAD drafting experience on infrastructure and dry‑utility projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
