Binder – Manual Form Collation & Binding

About the role

We are seeking a Binder to join our production team on the gathering line. The role focuses on accurate form collation and manual binding of office and stationery materials, ensuring each job meets client specifications and internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the collation process, confirming correct sequence and alignment of forms.
• Identify and resolve misfeeds or missing sections, coordinating with the foreman for verification before binding.
• Cross‑check paper size, margins, cover placement and binding type (perfect, saddle stitch, comb, wire, dummy) against job sheets.
• Flag any deviations and initiate corrective actions promptly.
• Perform manual binding of internal office documents and stationery sets, maintaining durability and presentation standards.

Required profile

• At least one month of hands‑on experience in a similar binding or production role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
• Good teamwork skills and willingness to coordinate with supervisors and foremen.
