Body and Recovery Therapist

About the role

The Body and Recovery Therapist joins our Dubai wellness team to deliver high‑quality body and recovery treatments that support guests’ regeneration and well‑being. Working on‑site, you will tailor each session to individual health needs while upholding the highest standards of hygiene, safety and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of recovery body treatments, including massages and specialised bodywork.
• Conduct pre‑treatment consultations to assess client needs, contraindications and desired outcomes.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Explain treatment benefits, provide after‑care advice and contribute to personalised recovery programmes.
• Collaborate with reception and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy, bodywork, physiotherapy assistance or a related wellness field.
• Previous experience in spa, wellness, hospitality or fitness settings, preferably in luxury or hotel environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a respectful, inclusive approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as operational needs dictate.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
