Brand and Communication Executive

About the role

Justlife is looking for a Brand and Communication Executive to shape and own the company’s voice across every customer touchpoint in the GCC. You will craft persuasive copy that drives action, from CRM messages to ad concepts, while collaborating closely with design, product and performance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Justlife brand voice across CRM campaigns (push, SMS, email), service descriptions and advertising.
• Write clear, compelling copy for new product features, offline materials such as banners and flyers, and digital ads.
• Create briefs for designers, turn ideas into executed campaigns, and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Analyze engagement metrics (CTR, open rates) to refine messaging and improve performance.
• Introduce fresh content formats and angles to boost audience engagement.

Required profile

• Strong copywriting ability with a fast turnaround and high quality.
• Deep understanding of GCC culture and consumer behavior.
• Creative mindset that can generate original ideas and own the end‑to‑end execution.
• Data‑aware attitude, using performance metrics to guide content decisions.

Required skills

• Excellent written English.
• Experience writing CRM copy (push notifications, WhatsApp, email).
• Ability to craft concise, on‑brand messaging for multiple channels.
