Brand Executive – Multi‑Market F&B Brand Management

About the role

Kitopi is seeking a Brand Executive to own end‑to‑end brand strategy and performance across multiple markets in the Middle East. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to launch new brands, drive menu innovations and ensure consistent consumer relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy and go‑to‑market plans for launches, menu updates and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze sales, conversion, ratings and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance on delivery platforms.
• Collaborate with chefs, operations, supply chain, finance, tech and product teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Co‑own menu and product roadmaps, focusing on engineering, quality and consistency.
• Monitor competitive landscape and category trends to refine positioning.
• Maintain the brand calendar, conduct performance reviews and apply learnings to future initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in brand management, growth marketing or commercial roles within F&B, hospitality or consumer sectors.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
• Proven project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
