Brand Manager – Regional (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to join our Regional Brand team in Dubai. The role will shape Talabat’s brand identity across eight markets, driving brand love among employees, vendors and customers while travelling to regional markets as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own a unified brand platform, creating a creative idea and occasion‑led operating system for all campaigns and partnerships.
• Drive brand presence on emerging, high‑impact channels and develop a test‑and‑learn model for owned social media.
• Own the regional partnership and sponsorship pipeline, identifying culturally relevant opportunities that enhance brand equity.
• Connect brand investment to commercial outcomes by co‑developing the brand‑to‑performance consumer journey with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and implement AI‑powered brand tools that give markets instant access to guidelines, precedents and asset governance.
• Champion AI as a working practice, embedding AI tools into workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Transform brand guidance into interactive, searchable tools that empower markets to execute quickly and consistently.
• Prioritise initiatives for strategic impact and maintain a lightweight system to monitor brand activity across markets.
• Lead multiple long‑horizon initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality in a fast‑growth environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management or marketing communications, preferably in a multi‑market environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link brand activities to measurable business results.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Willingness to travel across the region and adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
• Ability to manage several complex projects and deliver them on time.
