Brand Operations Manager

About the role

The Brand Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations for a leading dining concept in the UAE. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will drive growth, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage the full operational P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for all sites, including P&L management.
• Mentor, train and coach the leadership team to sustain high performance.
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and monitor operating standards.
• Execute local store marketing promotions, new product launches and process updates.
• Implement best practices, remove bottlenecks and maximise efficiency across outlets.
• Identify business opportunities, emerging trends and align them with customer expectations.
• Lead by example with a hands‑on attitude, empowering the team.
• Manage labour cost, productivity and overall efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a premium dining concept.
• Track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams.
• Excellent communication skills for multiple stakeholder engagement.
