About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Promoter and Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Mandarin to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences within the beverage sector while promoting the brand’s story and values.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and engage customers with the brand experience.
- Educate consumers on product knowledge and brand history.
- Generate sales using the brand’s selling methods and meet individual sales and promotion targets.
- Provide advice while considering customer priorities and build loyalty.
- Collect and analyse competitor information, customer feedback, and point‑of‑sale observations.
- Track shop trends, performance results and report insights.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear a clean, pressed uniform.
Required profile
- People‑oriented with a neat appearance and well‑groomed presentation.
- Preferably Chinese or Russian nationality.
- Proven sales or customer service experience in the beverage industry.
- Strong communication skills and business sense.
