Brand Specialist – Amazon Now (Dubai)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a self‑starter to join the AVS team as a Brand Specialist for Amazon Now, its rapid‑delivery commerce channel. You will be the primary liaison for strategic brands, ensuring seamless vendor relationships and fast‑paced operational execution across multiple fulfilment centres.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end vendor relationships as the main point of contact.
• Resolve live supply and receiving issues in real time, coordinating closely with Operations teams.
• Define and deliver joint business plans covering selection, availability, traffic and conversion.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on event execution, operational goals and priority alignment.
• Audit performance metrics regularly and drive continuous improvement of the AVS experience.
• Contribute to innovation and enhancement of the AVS platform across the MENA region.

Required profile

• 2+ years of account, project or program management, buying or related experience.
• Strong ability to thrive under daily operational rigor and ambiguity.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication with an ownership mindset.
• Background in FMCG, fresh, grocery or quick‑commerce is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English (C1 level or above).

Required skills

• SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
