Broker Relationship Manager – Dubai (Financial Services)

About the role

The Senior Officer – Broker Relations will manage, grow and strengthen Orient Insurance’s broker network across General and Medical insurance lines in Dubai. You will develop strategic partnerships, drive portfolio expansion and ensure seamless coordination between brokers, underwriting, finance and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the broker portfolio on both General and Medical lines of business.
• Conduct regular strategic meetings with allocated brokers to develop the portfolio.
• Handle renewal management and coordinate with brokers and the Underwriting team.
• Prepare monthly business and performance reports for the line manager.
• Deliver portal presentations and product training for brokers.
• Monitor and analyse broker performance regularly.
• Support the Finance Department on credit‑control related issues.
• Maintain excellent rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build a strong pipeline of corporate accounts each quarter.
• Update and maintain all KYC‑related documents of panel brokers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in insurance broker relations.
• Proven ability to manage and grow broker portfolios across General and Medical insurance.
• Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
