BTEC IT Teacher – Full‑Time

About the role

The International Schools Partnership seeks a dedicated BTEC IT Teacher to join its Dubai campus. You will deliver ICT and Computer Science lessons up to A Level, support student wellbeing, and collaborate with the Psychology Department to address academic and behavioural needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and email lesson plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator, preparing all necessary teaching materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date grade books, enter grades promptly, and design monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work, decorate the classroom with relevant materials, and supervise playground duties.
• Work closely with the Psychology Department and Academic Coordinator to support students with special needs, gifted learners, and behavioural issues.
• Participate in staff meetings, institutional workshops, parent meetings, and school activities, and act as a mediator for student conflicts.
• Organise community service projects, fundraising activities, and student participation in fairs and extracurricular events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in ICT or Computer Science.
• Fluent in English (advanced speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to teach ICT and Computer Science up to A Level is an advantage.

• Proficiency with digital teaching tools.
• Intermediate‑level Microsoft Office skills.
